Scope of the acquisition

The proposed acquisition concerns the domain name com.watches and the ability to manage subdomains under it, subject to the applicable registration rules. It does not include the .watches top-level domain, its registry or authority delegated by ICANN.

Materials and third-party rights

Websites, source code, images, content, data, software, trademarks and other materials are included only if expressly identified in the definitive acquisition agreement and the seller has the necessary rights to transfer them. Illustrative services are not an operating business included in the sale.

Renewal and ongoing costs

After completion, the buyer is responsible for domain renewal and any registrar, hosting and operating costs, as allocated in the agreement. The current renewal fee, renewal date and any transfer or service fees must be checked with the registrar and confirmed before signing. The acquisition price is not a lifetime renewal payment.

Verification, payment and transfer

Before any payment or transfer, the parties must verify domain ownership, the authority of their representatives and the applicable registration and transfer requirements, and agree in writing on price, currency, fees, payment, transfer and completion conditions. Independent escrow may be considered by agreement; no provider is appointed by this website. For instalments, the agreement must define who holds and controls the domain during payment and when it transfers. These website terms do not replace the definitive acquisition agreement.

No binding offer or acceptance

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, promise, commitment or acceptance. No transaction exists until definitive documentation is signed.

Third-party rights

Acquisition of .com.watches does not grant rights in third-party trademarks, trade names or other intellectual property.

No performance guarantees

No guarantee is made concerning SEO, GEO, search ranking, AI visibility or citation, traffic, revenue, valuation, appreciation or any commercial outcome.

Website intellectual property

The original presentation, copy, layout and visual design are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Permitted use

You may use this site to review the opportunity and make a genuine enquiry. Automated extraction, interference, impersonation, unlawful use and attempts to compromise the service are prohibited.

Accuracy and independent advice
